bad customer services - once loan paid will never use them again.

So a week back after my bad review I was contact to sort out my account . The lady that helped me seemed to know what she was doing and I thought things will be sorted. Well we talking about over 7 days later and the instalment is due in a few days i have not had any feedback from them to heard if everything was sorted. In the mean time I have know clue as to what I need to pay and my credit record is badly affect.
