Bad customer service from DirectAxis
I app**** for a loan, upon receipt of the funds I realized it is not the amount I requested. I called back and advised that this will not help me if they cannot provide the full loan as requested. They couldn't, I then requested for the loan to be cancelled and know they conveniently ignore my phone calls & emails to cancel the loan. They are quick to provide a loan but now they want additional fees for cancelling the loan on there error. I even requested copies of the recorded call. Every time I call in there is no record of my previous calls.
