Bad customer service during lockdown (no relieve)
Good afternoon , I am Rosina Mhlambi , I have a loan with Direct Axis , I notified them of my challenge of no n longer getting a salary due to COVID 19 lockdown , I requested that the deduction from my account be stopped for a while , I would pay from my late husband ' pension payment , until lockdown is lifted or they may assist me as I signed for a life cover for on Hollard , to assist me , I was sent to.my bank to request them to stop the deduction of which they said they hey cannot do it from their system , the deduction have gone through this month ,my ID number is ***.

14 Sept 2020, 18:36Good evening , o did get the reply but am not satisfied as before I was to sign for letting me cover before I can get the loan , a oi asked to be assisted as I was not getting the salary I used to , I couldn't get assisted , hence I app**** for COVID relief as I also became affected , cam you please assist me to be assisted with life cover.
