Bad customer service.
They have no customer care ability! The only communication I have received from them in the last month, after about 5 emails to them, is the auto reply messages. I think you are disgusting! Just because we are hard up to get a loan, no matter how crazy the rates are, does not mean we can be disregarded and disrespected. Do the decent thing and at least contact us if we have questions.
