Bad customer service: Account closure and refund
Please note that I have recently reported DirectAxis and the team rep**** to my complaint on this platform. Please note that to date I have not received a refund, my account has not been closed and the instalment has been debited AGAIN today!!
I phoned them this morning and I have been holding for customer services. If it was for a loan application I would have been contacted a million times.
I demand my refund ASAP and the closure of the account. I will be reporting this to the OMBUD
