BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am really upset with the service I am receiving from this company. I have paid my settlement amount as stipulated. Then they went again and debited my account. I have yet to receive my refund and they account is still showing outstanding balance on the loan. I have call and send on numerous account but nothing is happening, I am just transferred from 1 person to the other.
