BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I JUST WANT A DAMN SETTLEMENT LETTER!!!EVERY TIME I CALL I CAN TRASFERRED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO THEN PUT ME ON HOLD AND HANG UP THE CALL ON ME ONCE IT GETS TO A CONSULTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE<SOMEONE CALL ME IMMEDIATELY FOR A SETTLEMENT LETTER!!!!!BEFORE I LOSE MY MIND!ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
