Bad call center practice - poor client service

Took me 45 min to try and get hold of someone to confirm if my acc is paid up, after i requested a settlement amount in Dec and paid, and as i am writing this, i am still on hold - this is unacceptable and very bad service, not to mention the time i do get through to someone, just to be told, "please hold" and then in the line again.

i expect to be contacted to resolve this
