Bad business
Good day im not happy at all as i have a loan with direct axis for about 4 to 5 years without missing 1 payment and always on time now im getting sms and phone calls telling my account is in arrears and futher action is going to be taken.... FOR WHAT THE DEBIT ORDER IS GOING OFF EVERY MONTH OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.... please assist as this is harassment.
