Bad Attitude from Call Centre

I suggest that you guys try to teach your call centre some manners. The two who just assisted me now it shows that they are not competent as they do not even know their job description unless they are trained to be like that. I am applying for an insurance to cover me for this time as I am currently unemployed due to certain reasons and they are asking me unending questions and you can see that they don't want to assist.

I have been paying for years without any issue and when I did the application you mentioned that the insurance is a must to have, now that you have to claim you don't want to assist me. I was about to to refer my complain to Ombudsman but luckily a lady by name Nolubabalo called me back and I explained to her my situation and provided all the info so that I can put in my claim as she mentioned it is not their duty to accept or reject a claim but a separate body.

Put your organisation into order as some of us won't allow to be disrespected on the phone, tell your people to leave personal problems at home as they deal with people.
