I'm a disappointed customer that has been a DirextAxis client for years. After paying the account upto the last cent, I did my calculations and found out that I'm supposed to get a refund of about R980.00 but unfortunately no one is willing to help me. I have been calling and sending emails for the past three week but no luck.
