Awaiting for Settlement Letter

<p>I have been waiting to receive a letter of settlement from Direct Axis from the 28 February 2017, even the process of settling the outstanding loan amount was very long and tideous. I had to keep calling thn to keep checking how far the process is and I would always receive different information from the various consultants. </p> <p> </p> <p>I even tried to call today to get an idea and the telephone lines have been busy non stop, I find this very annoying, that I need to keep contacting Direct Axis the whole time to follow up on this settlement issue. I am very dissapointed and I am glad that I will no longer be doing business with Direct Axi, their business conduct is very shocking and beyond unprofessional. </p>
