At loss for Words at Direct Axis
I do not think the staff at Direct Axis actually read the emails sent to them. I was granted a payment holiday as I lost my income, however, I still receive sms' regarding outstanding payment and be threatened to be handed over. I am really at a loss for words. See attached: " This is an urgent message from DIRECTAXIS. You've failed to pay R ****** on 28-Nov-21. To avoid this from negatively impacting your credit status or being handed over to an EXTERNAL DEBT COLLECTOR, please make an immediate payment. Reply 1 to speak to an agent. From DirectAxis a business unit of FRB Ltd NCRCP20"

03 Nov 2021, 10:00Thank you, however, The claims department is unable to assist as I received a disability income. I was not aware it stops at the age of 55. I have however requested a copy of the voice recording as well, regarding the additional loan of R50 000. According to me no affordability check was done and I was not afforded the opportunity to state my position. I was just asked for my bank statements for 3 months and the next day the money was in my account , for which I was grateful. I have been writing to yourselves since May, however I do not think I am understood. I have been a loyal client of yours for many many years, and now that I need assistance, I am no good, but instead being threatened with Legal action. No heed is given to my situation after giving the assurance that I will settle both loans in full upon receipt of the proceeds of the sale of my property. I receive calls from your spam numbers and when I answer, they just end the call. This morning again, a Bongi who told me I'm being charged for each call. How can I be charged when they don't speak. We we were still talking and she hung up. I would therefore respectfull request that a Supervisor or rather a Manager call me to make a decision. Other companies offer payment holidays, and I cannot see that a big company such as Direct Axis cannot accommodate me. I am not running away. I await your response, and thank you
