Arrears and arrears interest
Good day. Direct Axis is deducting arrears and arrears interest from my loan account. I send them an email every month requesting that he arrears be removed since I am not in arrears but every month they are doing the same thing. I get no response from them when I send them emails or when I call they say my account is not in arrears.
