Arrears amount for 2016 in 2019

If you are looking for a personal loan this company should be your last option. They do not send out statements... I have been holding on the phone for 23 minutes to try and receive a statement because I am being told that my account is in arrears yet I have been paying by debit order. Funny thing is that they claim that this arrears amount dates back to 2016 and I am only being informed of it in 2019. This is the only platform that they respond to, you will only receive a statement from them when you complain on HelloPeter. Their customer service center is a joke
