Arrears

I app**** for the Covid-19 relief fund last year which was granted for 3 months. After the 3 months I was called and ask if I want to extend the agreement with another 3 months in which I rep**** no - and requested for a refund for the month my account was debited whilst I was in the Covid-19 relief period.

DirectAxis called me in January telling I'm in arrears with one month because they tried to debit my account end November but the debit order returned unpaid - I explained to the agent who called me that there was no magtape run from DirectAxis on my bank statement for that month in question and said to her that I will even provide proof of that which in turn she said to me "well that's what our system say"

My first debit order since inception of the Covid-19 relief fund agreement between me and DirectAxis has been paid successful end January but; now I'm in arrears with one payment and a ridiculous interest amount is compounded on my loan account for something I'm not guilty of?

DirectAxis - I refuse to take responsibility to pay extra and bear the brunt on my loan account for a system anomaly from your organization, I can only afford to pay my normal monthly installment as per contract.

I have received my monthly statement and again I'm still being charged interest when I was promised that this was resolved. I'm getting harassed every day from 07:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the evening with constant phone calls and threatening sms's. Please get this matter resolved or I will go to the ombudsman.
