Are there any people working there?
<p>I took out a loan quite a few years ago through directaxis. Since then I have not received one statement. I tried to call but no one answers. I emailed and they told my I owe nothing. I then rep**** and said check again as I am paying more than R3000 per month on a 5 year loan. That was a week ago. Still no response!!! Can someone there please wake up and give some service??</p>
