Approved then declined
Okay so I offered a \special offer\" on an increase on my loan by Direct Axis. I decided to follow up and see if I qualified. Spoke to 3 different people who all wanted to offer me new loans. The last person I spoke to said my loan was approved and that funds will be transferred as soon as my Payslip, ID and Proof of Address is submitted. I submitted everything and the following day I get an SMS to say my application was declined without reason. This is poor service and bad communication from their side. I regret taking my loan with them initially as they are always offering stupid things and make false promises. I would love to cancel my loan with them but unfortunately I am bound to 2 years with them."
