APPROVED BUT NO FUNDS PAID

I app**** online for a loan on 21.11.2019 i was approved. I accepted the offer on the 25th and did the quote. I waited for the funds to reflect in my account the next day. I then called to find out whats going on this is when I was told i need to re-do the application...meaning credit checks again that would affect my credit profile. I accepted a loan agreement with direct axis but I never received the funds. I have been a loyal customer and this is the treatment i get.
