App**** for loan and no one came back to me

Good day, I am so tired of sending emails and waiting for a response from anyone at Direct Axis. I asked for a loan due to my car that broke down and don't have the full amount to pay for it to get fixed right away. I need the funds as soon as possible so that I can get the car fixed so that I can get to work and back. I app**** for the loan on the 18th September, When a lady phoned me and asked if I could talk. I asked her to phone me back at 1 because then I am on my lunch break and don't use company time to do my personal things. She NEVER phoned me back. I got an email from Nicky with the terms and conditions and if I log into my profile it says that someone will contact me in a few hours. It is now 72 hours later and no response from anyone. I really just need someone to tell me if my loan was approved or not so that I can move forward with the repairs of my car or if I need to make another plan somewhere else.
