Application response

Please be advised that this morning my loan was declined due to the fact that I am making another application within 6 months. I took out a loan on the 03/01/2015 for the amount of R59000.00. Then on the 12/01/2015 I settled the entire loan amount for 60,646.67- which was 9 days later. Now that I want a loan again, I am declined due to applying in the 6 months period. This is ridiculous!!!!<br> <br> This is also not the first loan that I had with Direct axis that I paid even before the 5 years and not once was there an unpaid or anything of the sort. Why I am now a risk!!!!!! <br> <br> <br> Please advise the way forward as this is not acceptable. <br>
