Application not getting anywhere!
DirectAxis, my boyfriend recomended you as the best choice for a loan as they are quick, done in 3 days and secure. Problem is, it's been over a week and nothing is done on my application and when I want to query, the manager never has time to speak to me to sort this out. As well, the biggest concern, since dealing with them, once I change my card's password back, I get another notification the next day stating it's changed again. This is really ridiculous and concerning! I need someone to get back to me ASAP!
