Application declined and now I have to wait ANOTHER 6 months

I am very frustrated with Direct Axis. I have been a loyal client for more than 5years. According to Direct Axis I can apply for an additional loan after 6payments have been made. We made the sixth payment today so I app**** and was declined with the reason that its too soon. After phoning the call centre I was told by an agent that I can only apply again 6months after I have been declined. And she was unwilling to assist any further. I cannot understand how Direct Axis stated that I can apply after the 6th payment but then declined me and now I have to wait ANOTHER 6 months. That is utterly ridiculous. I have never had a problem in the past but am now very frustrated with the incorrect information stating that I can apply after the 6th payment but now all of the sudden I have to wait another 6months.
