Application approved. No payment as yet??? Over 2 weeks now
My personal loan was approved 2 weeks ago. Then all of a sudden I was requested to send an ID copy. I kept sending it, over let's say 15 or 20 times. I have being calling and calling wanting to know why my money has not being released. I have wasted over R300 or R400 in calls to you. Everyone is so unhelpful. I got through and I was told my money has not being released because her team leader couldn't see the ID. I then sent a colour and black and white and was promised that I would be called on Mon. NOTHING? NO CONTACT. AGAIN!!!

Then I started receiving emails saying to provide my ID which I have numerous times. I even received an sms stating that my application will be closed if I do not call you guys. Which I have and spent hundreds on. Only for you to tell we 'will' call you back? When is this. Maybe in another month or so??? What other information are you going to gather when you have asked me for none of my details? I see I still haven't received a call either?
