appalling service

Ever since lockdown this institution has been really funny and unbelievable, I have recently received the below email and tried to follow up with them, I was actually making them aware that people are being ****med out using their institution name but they never bothered to get back to me, today 7:30 am I get a call about premiums not received the nerve of calling me while I still have pending queries that aren't resolved and this is not even the one query that they haven't resolved but they know to run after monies and to my suprise still got funds but they say it was an unpaid debit who knows if I will pay and they still debit. They are becoming a joke.
