Appalling service
This is my worst nightmare. I got a call in September last year that I apparently owe them a loan from 2017 or so and I disputed that since then to-date they just don't give me feedback. I escalated the complaint again beginning of August today is the 24th and no one has bothered to get back to me besides the acknowledgement receipt received on the 4th.
This is negatively affecting my credit can someone anyone help? Like I'm so upset over this I don't know what else to do
