Annoyed with repeated marketing sms's and calls

I have repeatedly requested that Direct Axis remove me from their database because I don't want to receive calls or sms's about any of their products. Below are the ways I have made request but to no avail 1. I have responded to their sms's to opt out, but I still receive these sms's 2. I have called them several times spoke to 4 of their employees (i.e.: Abigail Vangusling; Vuyiswa Mangiwa; Bukiwe Ntina and someone named Ruth who refused to give me her surname saying it's company policy), but still I receive these calls and sms's

What do I have to do for someone to remove my name and number from your database Direct Axis???
