No Star rating infact! The customer service is terrible and the company is extremly *********. I was handed over for a first for woman loan over 10 years ago. I was paying VVM debt collectors until January 2024. VVM then advised me that I no longer owe them any money. Direct Axis then went behind my back and handed me over to another debt collector without my knowledge and for the past 2 months now I receive calls regarding the so called loan that was paid up with VVM. When I call Direct Axis, I get put on hold, then when they do answer; they tell me they not sure!!! I am furious and disgusted at their lack of communication and their dishonesty!

30 May 2024, 11:57Why must a person go to social media to get a response. I have been emailing your customer care department and legal for over a month and still no feedback. Just this morning I spoke to an agent who said she will investigate further. Ridiculous and not nice at all.
