DirectAxis has a tendency of issuing loans to people who are about to go on pension (retirement) and not advise them that the instalments that they will be paying will not be finished before they retire leaving the older generation with tons of debt and an inability to finish - what they then do is change the debit order days or track the account and should there be any money paid into the account they debit immediately. This is an ********* model and leaves families in destitute. It also perpetuates poverty for disadvantaged families.
