Ample notice given but still handed over to attorneys for collection
I have sent a formal letter via email on the 24/05/2017 to ********** Contents below, but i was still handed over to the attorneys:
I write this letter with great heart sore and concern, I am currently struggling with making my monthly instalments, I write in the hope of consideration if my instalment about can be reduced at least for the next 6 months until I am back on my feet. Please consider giving me a reduced instalment as I am currently struggling, and hope not to go onto credit bureau for not paying anything, but I will at least like to pay something until my finances are back on track.
