All I need is my refund and for debit order to b stopped

This is my 3rd Hellopeter complain am writing. The 1st was on the 27 May 21, n the 2nd was on the 11th June 21. And I have also sent emails to the claims department, till today I haven't received my refund owed to me. Tomorrow is the date the debit order nomally go off, till to date am still waiting for confirmation my account will not be debited again. I am also tired of complaining, I would just like my refund n for direct axis to stop debiting my account.
