AGAIN THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BAD ADMIN OF DIRECTAXIS

Once again this company proof to havea very unprofessional, careless group of workers,without care for their customers. Just last month I complained about the bad administration. Numerous calls and conversations later I was assured of better service. This agent gave me an email address where I could send my proof of payment to. Now ,this month I'm bombarded with emails about an apparent complaint that I lodged. This,just because I sent my proof of payment to the recommended email address. What does this company think of me,to take me as a fool. The previous email address was good for more than a year. It is totally a shocking state of affairs that customers being treated as low class,without any intelligence of knowledge. It is so frustrating to deal with a company employing such bunch of unprofessional workforce.
