After hitting hard times I made a payment arrangement/plan with DirectAxis which they accepted whereby they debited my account monthly. They stopped debit orders and it was a nightmare to get hold of someone who could tell me what was going on. Eventually I find the account was handed to Hammond and I made plans with them and they debited my account. Not long after that Hammond stops debits and it's handed back to DirectAxis and I go through the same ordeal. Lastly it's handed to Blake and Ass. They debit my account! The last debit they took was October 2024 and a month later I am listed as adverse with the credit bureau as a non payer. No letter was received, no email, no WhatsApp. So how the hell do you take money every month after I must beg you to debit and you list me as a non payer? This year I'm making full payments every month and they still ignore my requests. Over 3000 negative reviews STAY AWAY
