Additional bank charges for greed and self entitlement

When did our agreement date change from 25th to 23rd?

The usual business rule has always been if the debit falls on a Sunday the debit order is process on the next business day!!!

My salary date is 25th not 23rd!!!!

Due to your greed and self entitlement I have incurred Honouring Fee R100.00 + Excess Interest R6.58 + Overdraft Service Fee No Limit R69.00

I want these bank charges refunded and debit order cancelled and replaced with a cash payment !!!

Then you have the audacity to still spam me every week to apply for additional loan only to decline it every time!!!
