Account still not closed. 😡😡😡😡
I'm honestly feed up with this company. This is the second time I am complaining about the level of service here. I paid up my account in full on the 8th of Dec and on the 14th people from your company called in to tell me my account is paid up they see the balance and also there is a refund that I need to receive. All I need to do is send them proof of payment. I was promised that this will take only 10 days to be processed. To my surprise today is the 3rd of Jan 2021 still my account has not been closed and no refund has been received. This company is honestly frustrating and filled with lies. Stay away from it.

On the 23rd of December 2021 I myself called In to find out how far is it with the process. I even asked one of your consultant whom confirmed that there is a refund that is due to be paid,and it will take 10 business days to be processed to which they started the process on the 14th. Now today is a different story. Can I get a clear explanation about this.
