Account Settlement
I am frustrated with Direct Axis. I have tried to get a settlement balance from them but it just doesn't arrive. I get told that it will be emailed to me.
Why is this so difficult? Why can this not be generated on the spot?
I'd like to just settle my account.
Please assist.

I've called countless times with no answer.
All I want is to settle my account. Why is this so impossible.
I've called so many times and either there is no answer or no one can help me.
I've been told a few times that someone will call me back - Still waiting.
Please assist.
