Account prescribed in 2017 showing as currently in arrears

Had an account with them and it was prescribed in 2017. Account still reflecting as in arrears currently on my FNB banking profile. I have called and emailed them proof that tenge account was prescribed but not getting any help. I doesn’t make sense at all that an account that was prescribed in 2017(8 years ago) still reflects as in arrears currently. I honestly do t know what to do anymore.
