ACCOUNT NOT UPDATED/ITC

This people where after my back day/night last year to pay them back and I had serious financial problems then by the Grace of God I managed to pay the off.They did list me on ITC(Experian) for R186 which I don't know where it comes from as default payment which affected me when I did a loan recently to be charged a higher interest rate.I called them to update my ITC even today is not updated I'm so feed up really.There are so ***********.I need my ITC to be updated before end of this week.
