Account not closed
I phoned Direct Axis on Tuesday to get my settlement amount and reference number.I paid the settlement amount and on Wednesday morning it showed that the money was in the account but the account is not closed.I phoned on Thursday but they just said it takes 48 hours,not much help at all.It is Friday and the account is still not closed.I wont be doing bussiness with direct axis anytime soon.
