Account needs too be sorted ASAP

After 3 years of trying to sort the matter of my direct axis account i get a call today to say that i owe R3000!!!!! my last payment amount was supposed ot R980 and now i have to pay R3000??

I have had to speak to different collectors and tell them the same story with not even a call back in some instances. i need to take out a homeloan and this is stopping me form doing so. Please can some one provide me with an email address to send through all the email correspondence.

I need this matter sorted out ASAP
