Account in arrears after arrangements were made

Informed her that I were contacted by a member from their company in Sept 2014 and also that it was agreed by me that they may make deductions for amount in arears in Oct and Nov 2014. In Oct 2014 three deductions were made by you, 01 Oct 2***.20 and 929.00 as well on 31 Oct 2***.20. Today an ARROGANT MALE phoned me and informs me that I'm 1400 in arrears. I tried to explain to him about the mentioned above and knowing that I'll be made a **** again I informed him that I'm not prepared to speak to him anymore and that he must email me. What happens next, he starts to raise his voice at me and I calmly informed him that he may contact me again the moment he has send me an email and then I dropped the call. Your call centre and accounts department needs to get their attitude and facts together and then contact me again.
