Account Handed Over to Two Debt Collectors
Good day,
I had a personal loan with Direct Axis and they have since handed me over to two debt collectors to retrieve the money. I am however very annoyed that I have to be paying two debt collectors for the same account.
I have sent numerous emails to Direct Axis customer service asking them to confirm who I need to be paying.
Please assist urgently
