Absolutely rude staff.

Ntabiseng you clearly stated someone could of commited ***** in my name and was willing to accept that. After I argued because of an application that was logged in my name when I didn't fill in any details. I merely required the person dealing with my previous complaint to get back to me with regards to the rates etc. You are very rude.
