Absolutely Pathetic Service
I settled my DirectAxis account [***] in full on the 24 December 2021 - the amount paid was R 137,510.21. My bank account was still debited on the 26 January 2022 with another installment (R 3,348.98). Also, when I settled my account I over paid by R 50 605.17 as I was unable to get a settlement amount out of DirectAxis. Although I have brought this to there attention, I am yet to receive feedback or a refund.
