Absolutely beyond angry

This company doesnt even deserve 1/5 rating, im disgusted and nearing ****ed off with the complete lack of service and contact i have gotten. I was on the phone for an hr today at 9am!!!! and had yet to get to talk to a consultant or manager. Is there no1 working in the company at all, or is this a blantant refusal to help. I posted on friday in regard to a settlement letter i asked for on thrusday via email. Someone responsed with a statement of the account. So i called to rectify it, and get a proper settlement deal/letter to close the account. What i endured was calling every hour since 8am till 12pm... and holding on for 20mins each time, never being able to get ahold of a consultant. I posted on thier facebook wall, got a response that is generic and not at all helpful, that i will recieve it in my emails. Still no response. I emailed today again. There is no traction here since there is no response all all.... So what do i do as a customer? i wonder if i were to cancel my debit order for the loan, how fast i would get a call from you?
