Absolute *+&% idiots

I paid my account off in full on the 5 of March 2019, transferring R90 000 to your account. To my horror, after drawing my credit report, there is an outstanding balance. Due to the incompetence of your staff, I have phoned SEVERAL TIMES, have been transferred from pillar to post and not one single person can tell me what is the apparent amount that i owe. According to my records, I owe you NOTHING. I was told to wait 5 days for an "outstanding balance letter". Absolute bull****. Can somebody with more than 1 brain cell please provide the answer to my very simple question. I would like to be rid of your ********** company.
