I would like to inform DirectAxis on a call centre agent and really would like to compliment the call centre agent ABIGAIL for her OUTSTANDING and EXCEPTIONAL customer service and the manner in which she really went out of her way to assist and resolve my issue. Your company can be proud of having such a dedicated and committed staff member on your team. I have been struggling for 5 days to get my issue resolved but no one even tried to assist, this morning she was the 1st to answer and took away ALL the frustration and she changed my negative feeling towards DirectAxis' loan-staff and callcentre staff.
