A joke of a business!

Never have i ever experienced such pathetic service. I paid my loan in full yet debit orders are still going off my account. All i want is a paid up letter and a statement reflecting all the payments i made to these people to get my account closed. I call the call center and speak to a rude, abrupt lady named Nthatenj who stated that no statements will be made available on accounts that are closed. How is this proper business practice??? How do you continue deducting money for a loan that is paid up and then tell people that they cant have a statement??? I will spread the word as far as i can about how pathetic this service is and if i dont receive a statement reflecting these transactions, i will take this as far as i can. WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY!!
