A Bunch of *******

Good Day. This is a follow up on my previous review of this company where I complained about mysterious interest accumulating in my account after receiving no positive response. Thanks to Hellopeter the ****** interest was immediately credited to my account. However, i have just received my most recent invoice and the mysterious interest was again scheme-ishly debited to my account. I tried calling to query and was put on hold for an eternity which is by the way the normal service one gets from Direct Axis when querying unfair charges on one's account. I am going to report the matter to the ombudsman because if this is happening to me and nothing is changing how many other folk are being unfairly charged. I trust that this review which seems to be DirectAxis only real form of customer service gets some attention.
