7 Years Of Payments-No Settlement Discount!!!!

My husband and I entered in debt review in 2010 which we saw as a responsible way of settling our outstanding debts. The court order amount for our DirectAxis account: ********** 345 in 2010 was for an amount of R 12 961.63. Despite meeting all of our monthly payments and paying an amount of R 12 464.28 to date we have been advised that we still owe DirectAxis an amount of R 10 300?? We are finally in a position to start settling our debts and have arranged settlements with all of our creditors including major banks except for DirectAxis who not willing to co operate. A settlement request letter was sent on the 1/11/2017 by our DC to you, a reply was received 2 weeks later on the 18/11/2017 advising that no settlement discount can be offered on this account. Repeated attempts thereafter for a settlement amount have been ignored! No one can provide us with a statement to show how after paying for 7 years the outstanding balance is still so high and we have already paid the capital amount owed. Looks to me like you have something to hide. I am resorting to this public site to expose this company and their **************** of a well paying client. Lesson learnt, I will advise everyone I know not to do business with your institution!
